Description: This beautiful framed print depicts the iconic pilothouse of the F/V Ellen Marie, a classic Eastern Rig vessel that was the subject of a photo essay The Dragger by William Finn and In Search of the Ellen Marie by Rachel Rowley Spaulding. Arthur Moniz was a talented and beloved New Bedford artist. Born in 1945, he studied at Mass College of Art and the Museum School of the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston. He had a particular admiration for the New Bedford fishing community and many of his works depict the Port of New Bedford and her proud maritime heritage.  Dimensions with frame, 15” wide x 18” tall
