Lobster Days are back during February school vacation!
This family-friendly event is designed to educate the public and local youth about Massachusetts’ commercial lobster industry. Associated activities include demonstrations and talks by working lobstermen, story time, lobster-themed crafts, and more. Lobster Days 2025 will take place on Thursday, February 20 and Friday, February 21 from 11:00 am until 3:00 pm. Admission to the Center is free on both days of the event.
Local lobstermen Dave Casoni and Steve Holler of the Massachusetts Lobstermen’s Association will be on hand to answer questions about commercial lobstering and lead lobster biology demonstrations. Participating families will also be able to try their hand at making a lobster hand puppet, get their face painted, and enjoy lobster-themed stories throughout both days.
Lobster Days 2025 is made possible through the generous support of the Massachusetts Lobstermen’s Association and the Massachusetts Cultural Council.
